"The best tips to lose weight is to understand and accept the fact that losing weight is not easy. In order for the body to burn more fat, the process through which certainly makes you uncomfortable. 1. Eat more vegetables.

3. Keep away from snacks.
Environment greatly affect your success in losing weight. Therefore, Kaufman said, you also have to discipline yourself. Keep unhealthy snacks from your desk or easy place to reach.

"Snacks that you will receive will make you continue to want it, even if you've held off. Instead, provide a healthy snack for your meal, like a small carrot, nonfat yogurt or low-fat cheese," said Kaufman.

4. Pay attention to the type of food process when outside.
Eating outdoors is a challenge for you. Kaufman suggests, choose foods on the menu are boiled, steamed, or baked rather than food that has gone through the process of fried, grilled, or marinated. "Complementary sauce used also contain high calories. Ask for the sauce separately, so you can control how much of the existing sauce on your food. The good, avoid mixing the food with lots of sauce," says Kaufman.
